| The Exeter Beauty Clinic Ltd (“Our”, “We” or “Us”) sells Gift Vouchers (also referred to as e-vouchers, Vouchers and Gift Cards) in accordance with all our usual terms, conditions and policies. The following terms and conditions will also apply to the purchase and redemption of our Gift Vouchers available at www.exeterbeautyclinic.co.uk (‘Website’) and from our premises. 1. The purchase of Gift Vouchers. 1.1 Gift Vouchers can be purchased from our website or the clinic premises. 1.2 Gift Vouchers purchased from our website will be issued as an e-voucher to an email address specified by the purchaser at the point of sale. 1.3 Gift Vouchers purchased on premises can be issued either as an e-voucher directly to an email address or issued as a physical Gift Card at point of sale. 1.4 All gift vouchers have a unique identifying code to prevent fraud. 1.5 You will need to register your identity and contact details in order to purchase a Gift Voucher so that an account can be registered for the Voucher. 1.6 Full payment must be received to validate the Gift Voucher before it will be issued. 2. Use and Redemption of Gift Vouchers 2.1 A Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Voucher. 2.2 Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. 2.3 Gift Vouchers are non-refundable 2.4 Gift Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue. 2.5 Where products purchased using a Gift Voucher are subsequently returned, monies owing will be refunded by a Gift Voucher. 2.6 We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and replacements in these circumstances will be at our absolute discretion and subject to a reasonable transaction fee. 2.7 Gift Vouchers must be used in full as no change will be given. 3. Gift Vouchers and Promotions 3.1 Standard Gift Vouchers cannot be purchased with discount codes or promotions. 3.2 Gift Vouchers issued as part of a special promotion may have additional restrictions which will be pointed out to you in promotional material and at point of sale. |
